Heather Tubwon is a BIPOC Illustrator and Designer whose distinctive work has been featured on children’s toys, books, and apparel. In addition, she is the creator of Frau Meow, her alter ego that celebrates her handmade cat-inspired goods. Heather holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She resides with her partner and two cats in Madison, Wisconsin.
